well I made some progress and didn't yesterday.

I got a thicker o-ring for the bov but it still wouldn't seal.

I removed the circuit breaker and voltages now match where I test them in the car. before the battery and distribution block would be the same but not the gauges. now they are all within .1~.2 volts.

Now however the voltage will still drop pretty low when alot of accessories are turned on. I know the voltage is going to drop some, but when...
