Starting Problems

I am having a constant problem starting my car each day. First thing every morning it will start with no problem. If it has been sitting for a couple of hours it will usually start up with no problem. All other times I have to hold the pedal all the way to the floor to cut off the injectors. It will then start and clear out the flooding. This has been constant since I purchased the car in August of last year. I am wondering if the injectors could be leaking.

Could be injectors not closing as well. Also fuel pressure regulator could cause it.

Pull vacuum hose off pressure regulator and if any fuel is in it the regulator diaphragm is bad.
