Passenger seat is stuck!

I checked the under-seat cable and it is attached and seems to be releasing the mechanical stop when I pull the lever up. I reached underneath and pulled the cable even tighter in case it had stretched. Nothing. Visually checked the tracks for obstructions. Put my full 200 pounds forward and backwards and it won't even budge slightly.

​I cannot take the seat out (I don't think) without the ability to slide back and forth.

Any suggestions?

Well I sheered the ratchet extension on the front bolt it was in so tight. Had to go buy a bigger drive and then cut a piece of pipe as a breaker bar. Then I dislocated my shoulder hanging upside down under the back seat to get the bolts. What fun! ​It was a penny in the slide.

Took the opportunity to vacuum under there and put fresh grease on the slides,

Now it works great!

Thanks, my drivers seat is stuck leaning backward ford contour svt 180000. Will try your suggestion.
