Car won't start. Starter or fuse???

I was driving home from work yesterday in moderate rain, about a 25min commute. Got home, shut the car off, got out, got back in 3 mins later and it wouldn't start. No click click click of the starter, just one click from the key turning to the ignition position. No dimming lights or dead radio to indicate a dead battery, plus it started right up at work. I'm thinking it's a connection problem, maybe the big fuse between the alternator and the starter???

Anyone?

I'm going to try replacing this, but if anyone have any other troubleshooting tips please comment.
