ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Removed from a replacement 98+ transmission I bought for my SVT, got the transmission from blu_fuz. Best guess, the Quaife was in use for less than a year. Joe might know better info. In any case, when I had the transmission inspected, the transmission shop said the transmission case was no good, but the internals checked out to be okay. I basically tossed everything but the shift tower and the Quaife because I had my original transmission (with Quaife), evnetually rebuilt by Terry Haines.

I'm putting the Quaife out there, if anyone is looking for one, otherwise, it's going to be a back up for my SVT. For anyone that knows about the Quaife differentials, they are pretty much bullet proof.

Price, $600.00 (or BO) plus shipping. PayPal payment preferred. FYI, new Quaifes are still over $1000.00.

Good deal. I'm glad you can re-coop some of the costs of that trans by selling the guts. Very very low miles on that Quaife, maybe a years worth of cruising miles on it. Probably 5k or less.

Guys forgive my ignorance but what would this unit do for my 1999 merc mystique 5 speed tranny please??? At very least its in Canuck bucks

Doug, this would give you a limited slip differential, a lot better traction and practically non existent torque steer. My SVT, supercharger and added HP and torque, almost no torque steer, and pulls straight as an arrow under full acceleration.
