        I have Heard the Mustang Dyno is very Conservative....Takes away About 10hp average.....Just what I have been told By Several ppl including a Shop owner of a Mustang Dyno

          thats because it takes in account of the cars weight. not only the 1000 pound roller that dynojets have.
          and its not 10hp... its 10-20% depending on the car and tuner

            Would Wheel Size Effect the Numbers at all? or even 1 Low Tire?

                EVERYTHING effects numbers, lighter wheels caan give more power.same idea as a lightweight flywheel.
