MSU Racing Autox

So I headed down to Lansing this weekend for my first autox event. I was crazy nervous to do it for my first time, but it turned out to be a lot easier than I expected and had a tooon of fun. Ran with some sweet cars too.

I placed 5th in my class out of I think 13ish cars. My last run I ran a 29.615 with no cones . I placed 13th overall with the pax scores out of 48 cars run.

Fun! I cant wait for cooler weather so I can get some autocrossing in this fall. I used to do summer events but its so not worth it.

When is the next MSU event? We keep trying to put one together at Kettering, but nobody will rent us their lots anymore.

I'm not too sure, they seem to put them on pretty regularly. I think they're usually once a month or so. I'll put up a post when I find out the next event in the EGL section.

A kid I used to know usually runs at all the Kettering events. Do you know Ryan David? He drives a red Stage II SRT4? I was wondering what happened to them, I've been wanting to head down for one for a while.

No, I can't say that I know him. He might be B-section though, and I am A-section, so we would be at school at oppostie times. B-section for some reason never has a problem putting on these events, but A-section hasn't had one in like two years.
