THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR PICTURES!!! I HAVE A PRETTY GOOD IDEA OF WHAT I WANT TO DO! Definitely black, probably gloss black in the area for the turn signal reflector so that it is somewhat reflective.. and paint match my chrome grill. I also want to get rid of the license plate holder, what is the best placement for a plate other than front/center.

Nah, not digging the color-match. It looks like the lenses shouldnt be there if the color is matched.
