Trouble with Foglight Mod

While attempting the fog light mod, I couldn't get it to work. After trying multiple times to make sure I had everything hooked up correctly, it still wouldn't work. I figure the wire arch'd at some point thru the process. But Now that I have it all hooked back up, i have NO electronics. No power windows, no radio, etc. Half my fuses are blown. WHERE SHOULD I GO FROM HERE???
 
before replacing the fuses put all of the wiring back to how it was. then replace the fuses and see if you have any other problems. then go from there.
 
Wiring is back to original. This happened once or twice but when i would hit the headlight switch my Speedo would jump up to 40-50 :/


:help::help::help: About to rain and my windows are down im gonna have to throw a cover over it.


All fuses replaced. Problem persists.

Slots that have NO power in the fuse box ; 19 - 24 & 30 - 34. Ideas? Suggestions?
