Unless you're just looking for a fun car to get you from a to b (in which case the bimmer would be cool), but I am pretty sure you're going to try to mod anything you buy

i just want something that i can slam and flush/tuck and be smooth to rip around in.

the E32 bimmer's im' looking at are big cars, but the ones i want particularly haev the M30b35 engine. 215 hp 225 ft/lbs in a SOHC inline 6 isn't that bad. match that up with RWD and a 5 spd like i'll be getting, and it would be okay. They do weigh 3800 lbs so it probably wouldnt be fast as a contour but..... i dont need to go fast

fox body's are nice, they can be had dirt cheap, and its not spendy to mod like our contours, ill be adding a fox to the collection next year.
