Welcome!

Congrats on the SVT! Great mileage too.

The modding doesn't end. Once you get your ordered items installed and you think you're happy you will find something else to do.

We're having a meet this Saturday if you'd like to come. See the thread titled "How about another meet". It's a food and disc golf meet.

Hey bud I am very fimilar with the svt you bought since I looked at it myself and if you need a hand with fixing some of the problems with her just give a gingle on here and we can defiantley give you a hand. if your looking for some good mods for her I will be having a bunch for sale very shortly since I will be parting my contour out.

Welcome to CEG.

Slatington isn't to far from where I live (Lehighton). So I'll keep an eye out for you driving around. You'll know my 'Tour if you see it. Its one of 3 (???) with a hood scoop on it. And probably the only one in eastern PA

You may be right Jason, I wonder if it is the same SVT.

Where did you buy it Eric? Does it have a cracked rear bumper by any chance?

Me too.
The one Jason and I are thinking of had some "issues". It did have a short shifter so he may be right, this might be the same one that we both looked at.

yes it is the one with the cracked bumper i know it has some issues which i took care of some of them already like the airbag light my buddy is a ford tech at a local dealership also didn't like the way the cut factory shifter felt so i replaced it with a b&m shifter also did a full tune up on it and the day i picked it up it was just inspected and emmissioned and oil changed like i said i am new to contours but i know my way around cars for the most part let me know if you guys seen anything else that i might have missed your input would be appreciated also would have liked to be there at the meet this weekend but was down at the summer house in o.c maryland let me know if you guys are going to have another one.

thanks,eric
