Will these wheels fit?

I spotted a set of ASA AR1 wheels and they are 17x7 and the offset is +38mm. Currently my suspention setup is KYB Oem replacement shocks and eibach coils I think, it's lower but not that much.

The tires on these wheels are Yokohama AVS ES100 215/45/17.

Will it rub?

Will not rub with those tires. Not sure as far as offset but that is an ideal tire size

ideal offset is 45mm so I'm not sure if they'll rub or not
