SP wasn't the best when i went through them, poor contact, took 3 weeks for them to finally answer, only to tell me that the part i ordered is on back order. Look into CTA, they have most parts that SP carries i believe.

The one time I used them, it was really slow getting what I ordered. But that was because what I ordered was no longer made. SPM was real good about looking for something similar, good communication, and then getting me the optional part. If they are gone for good, then it's sad that we've lost yet another resource.

From from I've heard from a bird he had to close due to credit card fraud. Yes, someone hacked the software he had among a lot of other small businesses that had that software. Takes months to sort out and as a result he had to close. FU[K U Hackers!!!!!!!!
