Western PA meet up?

Ryan I would go some back way that I used to take to my ex's. She was orginally from Cranberry so she had showed me a back way. I don't even think I remember the route numbers I took. The easiest way is probibly the way mapquest provides.


As for the Quaker Steak meet up, want to do next Saturday at the one in Robinson Twp? Maybe do a little cruising too and get some pics? I can let the Cougar guys know too.

next saturday works for me. i'll be home in pittsburgh so it will be even closer. although, unless you're planning on having other people come from the other direction, i think the cranberry QS&L would be closer for you (and scott obviously). either is about equal distance from my house in pittsburgh. plus i've been told that the cranberry one's food is better.

oh and scott, what happens if it rains? forcast just says morning rain so i'm hoping for good weather

edit: and where on rt. 19 is this place? the site only showed somewhere on 19/perry hwy. will it be easy to spot? either that or should we meet up somewhere else and go in together. let me know. i might not be able to get there till 5:15 depending on if i can get out of class and clean the car a little.

Really cause I ate in the one at Robinson and thought it was just as good. Plus I thought changing it up would be nice. New location, new backgrounds for pics. I'm even up for eatting at somewhere different if people want.

well it really doesnt matter to me. like i said, both are about the same distance away. it would be nice if we could try and get a calendar worthy group shot since it seems no group shots ever make it into the calendar.

Yeah so how about I just realized I'm an idiot......I have to work on Oct 7th. Wow I really should have thought this all through. And the following weekend is out too cause it's IUP Homecoming and I don't plan on being able to walk all weekend!:troutslap:

Also if anyone wants to come join in the partying let me know. Homer (99 Cobra with the Pro Charger) will be in town too!! No Stang though, he's flying in. Stang + lots of beer = no tires and jail time! And we don't want that...

i'll give you a call when i'm on the road. how can we get a spot next to eachother? i dont know if it'd be better to go in at the same time or if you can save a spot. either way, i'll call around 4:30 probably
 
Ok. Back from the cruise, God it's cold.:help: Kinda bummed that so few cars showed up, not nearly what is normally there. But still a decent turn out. Saw a new GT500,:drool: , but it was relatively quiet. Needs more exhaust noise. There was also an AMG SL65, twin turbo V-12. I'll just let Ryan talk about that, pics are comming I'm sure.:laugh: Cliff's notes: Bad as Hell! Ryan, I'm glad you guys made the trip, it was cool to see you both again.:cool:

Well I don't plan on going to the bars a lot because it's expensive as hell on homecoming weekend, so more then likely we'll be doing a lot of house parties. Just don't draw attention to yourself on the streets and you'll be fine. The cops know everyone is drinking and not everyone is of age, but as long as you are not doing anything to have them pay attention to you they won't bother you.



Doug it's a shame you can't make it. But on the other hand the mikro looks great on your car! I'm jealous.
