I got three CEL's today, and would like some help figuring out what is going on.

P0161 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 2.

P0174 System Too Lean - Bank No. 2.

P1519 Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Open.

I don't know why the downstream sensor would have thrown a code. I have mil eliminators on them and also have them turned off on my Xcal tune

My IMRC has been acting funny and I know that needs to be replaced, but will changing the IMRC get rid of the bank 2 lean issue?

If it makes any difference I recently also got a code for

P0439 Catalyst System Efficiency below Limit - Bank No 2.

I cleared it and it never came back though. What the hell are all my issues with bank 2?

I have MSDS headers, so I know it is not a clogged precat. I was planning on getting a test pipe anyways, could it be a clogged main cat?

On the P0161 code, your MIL sensor is still part of the sensor system. Check the wires to make sure they are connected. A broken wire or short to ground will still trigger the code.

The MIL eliminator circuit is NOT part of the heater circuit, which is what the P0161 fault code points to. The heater circuit must be intact regardless of whether a MIL eliminator circuit is installed or not. Tuners cannot turn off this portion of the self-test.

P0439 is not a valid code for your vehicle.

The IMRC issue might be related to the front bank lean condition (or not), especially if the the code was set during IMRC activation. Check your freeze-frame data for the circumstances that were present when the fault code was set.

"P0161 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 2. P0174 System Too Lean - Bank No. 2."

I suspect the tip of the Bank 2 lower sensor broke. Hence, these two codes. If not, then check for broken wiring for you mileliminators and leaking exhaust at your headers.

No.

Check the Bank 2 (radiator side) lower O2 sensor.

I ordered a new IMRC from tousley ford dirt cheap, and I got a new bosch O2 at autozone. I went to replace the radiator side lower O2, and it was defenitely broken. It was pretty rusty and must have just fallen apart. Hopefully this new sensor and the IMRC should fix my CEL problems. Thanks for the help guys. I love CEG!!

here is a new one for you guys. P0460 Fuel Level Input circuit malfunction. I got this one when I went to clear the old ones. I guess my car doesn't like being fixed.

Use your scan tool to read the FLI PID and see if it corresponds to your fuel guage reading.

I have been using an Xcal2 to check my codes, and I dont think it can do that. I can datalog though. Is there anything else I should be looking for?
