I know the panel as a complete piece will not fit. I'm guessing it's the same for the insert as well.

The Mondeo panels look smaller to me. There is a major difference in the rear sheet metal. I highly doubt that they are interchangeable.

in the bat catalog it says the sail panels are not interchangeable from the mondeo, too bad, the early mondeos had a louvered pattern to them.
