I'll take some more this morning when the sun comes out. They are Flat black. When they aren't in the light you can bairly see them, however, when the sun hits them, they take on a Dark Shadow grey color.

Your opinion...but it was nonethe less a bad-azz factory example of non-rice fender stripes. Heck, it launched before the term rice had even been tossed around much.the vette looks like crap!!!

um ive owned several vettes and my dad is a vette collector
it looks like crap:laugh:
I know they are called hash marks...one of my favorite vettes. I would call them rice on a contour for copying. They have something to do w/ racing, I can't remember. Perhaps like notches on the bedpost:shrug:
I s'pose I would liken it to applying NISMO stripes to a contour...just doesn't belong
