True Forged Yukon XL on double dueces (56k stick to 15"s)

MANY would say the same about you trying to make your POS fwd car faster

I could care less if it was faster - many peple would say the same thing about putting ghetto gangster rims on your ride  POS - far from from it -> My SVT will always be more exclusive then your dime a dozen GMC will EVER be...
you're an idiot :nonono:

these 22s weigh about 32lbs.. the ebay specials weigh about 50lbs. i can easily lift one of these 22s (with tire on) over my head. the ebay specials with tires practically takes two people to lift!

NOWHERE in your post did you mention where those rims came from - for all I know, they coulda came from EBay. If you can't easily lift 50lbs over your head - thats pretty pathetic. Maybe you should lift weights insted of being such an e-thug.

The title of the thread tells you exactly where the wheels came from and who they were made by.

True Forged...

It says True Forged - didn't say they came from there.. Whatever - nit pick on the details. People do what they want to do - he posted on the board obviously to get feedback and I gave it. I dont know who True Forged is or do I care - I think they look silly on whatever application you find them on, and in certain circumstances they are dangerous.

that's not my ride. reading>you. i have an 03 cobra convertible. 10th anniversery edition, and a raised 4x4 isusu, and a supercharged f150. i did have a 3L contour as well, and may again one day. ghetto gangster rims? lmfao. you have no idea what youre talking about. and fwiw, just because people didnt buy a certain car doesnt make it exclusive. in other words unpopular =/= exclusive.

um, the rim weighs 50 pounds WITHOUT the 305/45/22 tire filled with air. but im sure youre a real stud so i wont question your big muscles, although your "mouth" appears to be your biggest muscle.

apparently you dont actively participate much on this board or you would know that i own True Forged. its ok though, when you can finally afford a set of 3 piece forged 16" wheels for your contour, ill still give you the CEG member price ;)

Sweet - you got some awesome cars - must be rough slumm'n on this POS car board eh?

They fall into that stereotype - 9/10 people I see get out of a truck with rims like that have more gold on them/around their neck then a room full of senior citizens.
fwiw, just because people didnt buy a certain car doesnt make it exclusive. in other words unpopular =/= exclusive.

What makes it exclusive is the exact same reason your Cobra is exclusive. It isn't cookie cutter - it is limited production - it is different.

How much weight does that air add?

I had forgotten that you actually own the company (congratulations) and I remember giving input on your logo design. I can afford to buy snazy 3 piece rims whenever I want to -I've just got other places for the money to go. I do plan on going with a larger rim size for the CSVT application - just not as big as your girlfriend's truck...

Thanks for the fun.

just in his defense, after meeting him I am sure he could easily lift 50 pound rims over his head....a lot. Car needs less rim, more tire, and maybe bigger brakes to balance the look.

next time around we're probably going to put the front sized tires on the rear and a liiiiittle bit smaller ones up front. those rear ones are SO big i had to cut out a bit of the plastic inner fender lining AND grind down some metal back there  :help:

"wheels won't fit sir"

"start cutting the fender"

"There is a bracket there as well"

"What is it for?"

"I don't know"

"Cut it!"

LOL :help:

damn straight, once the frame hits the ground only thing left is to lay rocker. however i don't want to do that cause it's a beyatch and i'd need a fleetside bed, and i like my step side.

when there's a will there's a way. if youve got any talent fabricators near you, they should be able to get around it. might require making a new frame aft of the cab but......
