First photos with the BMW 1-Series Coupe M Sport Pack are here. With a stylish colour called LeMans Blue, BMW shows us what its M logo can do: the 1-series coupe features 18 inch wheels, stylish front and rear spoilers and as you know, the things do not stop here. At the interior the new M pack brings us stylish sport seats with Alcantara leather, M leather steering wheel with gearshift paddles and multifunctions, a sport gear knob and the individual anthracite headlining. Stay tuned…the official images and details will be revealed soon!

Barge *cough*

I think the styling would look amazing if the headlights and taillights were smaller. But I'll have to see it in person to give a confident opinion.

That's going to be one hot set up for sure, especially when you factor in the size of the car itself and a twin turbo inline 6 w/300+ hp:shocked: The price should be somewhere near that of what a brand new E36 cost back in the day and its a good thing too, now that M3's are nearing $60K!

it's not much lighter than the 335. dunno what the cost will be, but at this point i think i'd rather pick up a CPO 335i than one of these new.

also, even though they rate the motor at 300hp, it's more like 340, atleast in the 335.

The little 1 series weighs as much as a 3 series:confused:  As far as the hp/torque numbers go, well, I'm familar with BMW "underating" things as my MCS is "rated" at 172/177 and stock ones are putting down 170/202 to the wheels on dyno's:drool:   On a side note about that, M7 tuning, an aftermarket company that dealerships deal with, have a tune and intercooler hose that puts the R56 MCS in the area of 208/244...can you imagine that kinda of power in a 2600 lb car:shocked: (Yes, I've heard of torque steer, I deal with it everyday:crazy: :help: )

well, at this point it looks like the 1 series is about 300lbs lighter. the 335 just looks better to me though. i don't know exactly how much smaller it is, but it is just based off the E46 chassis...so probably not that much.

performance wise, atleast in acceleration i don't think the 2 cars are going to be far apart. traction is already a major issue with the 335, and the lack of an LSD but we won't get into that right now.

those MCS numbers are impressive. One of my neighbors has one...looks pretty nice, i should take pics.

I guess you could say that it's going all right.

I don't think i'll be paying social security on my whole income next year.
