Well I got sick of the previous exhaust the previous owner installed on my Csvt due to hitting the floor on every bump i went over.
I ran a nice chrome tip right out the rear drivers jack point. I had my car in the garage for quite some time since my hood flew up at 85mph on the hway and got smashed along with my windshield and roof. Well after a couple weeks finding a cheap windshield, black hood, and stud welding the roof im back on the road.
Now for the problem in detail:
I have NO CEL and been driving for 200+miles. It drives perfect with no problems EXCEPT at WOT I hear what sound like missfires/pops from 6450 rpm up. I can distincly hear it. I dont know if it has always done it, but with my exhaust exiting right by my door I hear it now.
I did new plugs, wires, and fuel filter right b4 I had my hood fly up (maybe 3k+ miles on them). I thought it may have been bad gas from sitting for a few weeks. SOO I hoped on the highway and ran it out. Filled up with sunoco 94octane (as usual) and headed home. It is still there... like I said you can hear it but BEARLY feel it. It is 12-14 degrees around here..
Sorry this is so long but I try to be detailed as possible to get this problem (if its even a problem) worked out. If it wasnt so cold I would take a vid of it.
thanks all!
