Anyone have a motorcraft battery reciept from Ford?

My motorcraft batt bit the dust and its 2.5 years old. My ford dealer wont prorate it without a receipt and I dont have one because Ryan put the battery in. Im not trying to scam Ford, but Id like to get a new batt. PM me if you got one and can scan it to me please.

The battery should have a date code stamped into it somewhere , for just this reason . Most times the code is on the top "cap" somewhere , maybe along the edge .

Most Motorcraft batteries have a little circular date sticker...but a dealer will not warranty one without a receipt. They need it to file their claim to get reimbursed. If the battery was sold to you under your name, they should be able to reprint your receipt.... if they wanted to help you out that is.

It wasnt though. The previous owner gave me a receipt book, but the only thing I see missing from it is the battery
