there a 2000 green svt on milwaukee cl.I was just wondering the other day where the green svt that sat at dumpy used car lot in my town went then i found it an hour away on cl.Needs to much work for me other wise i would have picked it up.I wanted a green one more then anything.

they want 1500 and needs wiring done as its burnt.99k on it if any one want to look it up.

you are too late my friend, car was sold yesterday to a guy that offered him 2k..... I called him 2 hrs after he posted the car, gave him an offer, he said yes. The next time I heard from him he said a guy offered him 2k and he was going to see how that would turn out.

man you can pick up a running CSVT for $2k these days. Hell if i was in the market to sell, mine would be $2-2.5K. Granted I have 115,xxx miles, and the body is in poor, but not terrible condition, it doesn't need anything major. I would say I wouldn't have payed more than $1000 for it.

I know, that pissed me off. I offered him the full amount, he said yes and that he would have to let his dad know. He never called me back. I called him and he said someone offered him 2k....

I personally worked with that guy that had that green SVT. That particular car I think needed an entire wire harness under the dash for over a year and a half. He had to patch wires together ever so often to get it to work and finally it just smoked. I drove that thing before the wires fried and it was definitely in perfect shape otherwise.

Yah, yanked right the hell out from under pole and I.... I told him I was coming to get it for $1500. He said ok, and that he just had to let his dad know. $2k was offered later and I fell on my ass. $2k is still a great deal. Pole probably has a full harness laying around that he could have swapped out... :nonono:

Is that the one that was at Northgate a year or so ago with the spectacular dash warp with the terrible fix? That thing needed a new crankshaft seal too if it was the same one...

it

it

it was maybe 2 years ago and its one of them buy there pay there places so they get marked up alot.

holy crap
Yeah, it only had 70k on it or something and the body was in perfect shape, but the dash warp was terrible and someone just drilled screws through it to hold it down :nonono: The rear mesh was missing also. I took it for a drive and I smelled oil burning, which was coming from the crankshaft seal. I went back and made him an offer of 4500 and he told me it wasnt the car for me:shrug: Lol, guess not then
