I started looking for another car the other day and my wife and I discussed Contiques. I got looking at some Mystiques and a few Contours and today she said we could go with an SVT :) So I need some help finding one. Should have money by May. Don't want to go in debt for it so I need to save up for a month or two. :) I prefer to get one from Utah or one of the adjoining states. Not up for a cross country drive for a car.

I have seen quite a few for 4K give or take a grand and I think this is the price range I am going to try and get one in. PlatoSVT has one that looks pretty damn good for the price. Hopefully he will still have it when the money comes in. But, if it's gone, I want help finding another good deal.

I've test drove 2 so far, "for you" ;) A good excuse to do so IMO.

Both were silverfrost E0's, and I wouldn't go for either personally. There is a T-red E1 that is next on the testdrive list. It's @ $5400, and it passed the 20 ft test. I'll let you know if it's worthy of a fellow CEGer.

Well, it has a lot of rock chips on the front bumper and a few scrapes on it too (real low, almost can't see them...). No mods, original owner and has 63K. I didn't have time to TD it, but it seems like it would be pretty clean. Crottegy red neck type that babies his toys. When I asked why they were selling it, he said it was one car too many for his HOA to allow.

I might be up there tomorrow again. I might get some pics, but will get more info.
