what type of sealant should i use behind slave cylinder
only reason i ask it has some on it when i bought it didnt know it needed any?

... Hope you are very lucky. If anything RTV should be used. Have to have something there.
Luck has nothing to do with it. The slave has a built in rubber seal that does the sealing. My factory service manual makes no mention of any sealer required.
