Blowing engines suck...I just dropped of a sizeable chunk of cash to start my project...I just hope I can be as fast and powerful as you guys with your mustangs and WRX's...my turbo should help do that....

turns out its not the head gaskets, all thw signs pointed to them but it turns out to be A collapsed radiator hose.....

Actually that would make me wonder even more.....how new is this car and why would a hose collapse like that and cause it to blow smoke? shot headgasket between two cylinders....sucking the system dry and collapsin the hose by creating a vaccuum.....

I have no loss of coolant only under high rpms is sprays out of the coolant tank.. the reason is because the hose is routed wrong so its kinda kinked as it is , and then when i rev the motor and the pump speeds up it collapses the hose and the coolant coming outta the top of the block has now where to go but out the tank... oh yea the hoses where all new from procharger and they said to route the hose above the power streering rack line. but that kinks the hose so i have to route it under. so its not the head gaskets. i have no air bubbles in the coolant , no coolant in oil, oil in coolant..

Yea as far as i know, just cause cause the weather doesn't look the best and with my filter in the fenderwell i hope i don't have to worry about takinin water the first time out

yea im happy procharer is sending me another hose for free and them im going to go get a spring to put inside of it so it cant collapse even if it trys.

it's likely a special bend to get around the intercooler and whatnot. :shrug:

the parts store has nothing abosolutely nothing with a spring in it , a spring, nothing. it dosent need to get by the intercooler it has to go above the sway bar, and then above the power steering lines, then make a 90 and a 45 , but the 45 isnt there so thats why its kinking the hose

oh no my filter is in my fender. cry more about your car in the rain. It won't suck any water in it. Unless you drive into a pond :blackeye:

this thread isnt about how air filters are in the fender. blah blah blah...
