Tranny Leaking Fluid Car Doesnt Move..help!!

so i was driving around one night not gonna lie i was beating on her a little(svt) i went to turn around threw it in reverse then back into 1st to go but when i let the clutch out my rpms just went up and my car went nowhere..so now it is jacked up off the floor and when i put the clutch in and try to put it in gear it leaks like a stream of fluid from the top of the tranny near where the middle o2 censor is is this why my car won't move ? does anyone have pics or know the parts i should check for leaks ?? thank u for the help

just wondering..... some people want to sell there cars after seeing trans fluid leaking. It kinda sounds like the diff blew and the hole or crack isn't easily visible. Does the trans make noise like a slight grinding or anything?
 
um no the only grinding right now is the third gear synchro it made no noise when it happened could it be the slave ? hopefully :confused:
 
If the slave was leaking the fluid would most likely drip out of the bottom-most point of the trans housing not where you are describing.
 
No, not yet. Too far away for that one. Hopefully I/we can help him figure it out.
 
well damn how can i know for sure should i drop the tranny?or can i see the damage by draining the rest of the fluid ? sry i don't know 2 much about tranny's
 
Sounds like without pics of where it is leaking, we might not be able to help. Anyone else?
