Oak Lawn car show

I'm there with both cars. It's cool when its only 4 blocks away.

Both cars got looks. To be honest I think the CSVT got more attention.
Some of peoples comments:
-"Why would anyone put SVT bagdes on a Contour?" Walks twards the front. "Oh my God it is a SVT. WOW! Never knew they made them."
-"I always wanted one of these"
-"Cool it's a 5 speed"
-"Now this is ultra rare"
-"This is the cheap version of the SHO." I told him I've had both and rather have the SVT.

I must say, I hate car shows! Too long and sunny. I'd rather do the cruise night thing.

I agree, car shows are pretty long. Glad you got to make it to a show this year. What class did you get in?

Dam, I missed it again! I've been wanting to go since I missed it last year. Was up at Warren Dunes though all weekend. Had a great time anyway.

The Oak Lawn one was by 95th and central. The Tinley park one is every week. Thats a "cruise night". Let me know when your out I'll meet up with with you. Just as long as its not too far 30-45min away from Oak Lawn is my limit.
