New Contour, and better

Well after I totalled my other 98 I had nothing for a couple months then picked up a 92 Escort LX-E, a GT sedan, a rare find nontheless. It needs some TLC and I drive alot for work and have ppl with me alot too so I came back to what I knew and found a great deal on a 98 SE Sport.

I'm very pleased esp since I've got v6 now, side skirts, sunroof and 4 wheel disc and abs. I'm in the transition of adding all my other parts (cupholders, st200's and mondeo badge etc.)

Blue seems to be my colour.
I've now officially owned 4 cars- all blue, all ford, all tranny problems, lol.

I had a 95 Escort GT before I bought my SVT. Great cars! They take a beating and keep running. I wish I still had mine.

Nice find, looks pretty clean. But i did love the color of your old tour. Best of luck with your mods, and hopefully you don't get too bomed with tranny problems. Is the new one an ATX or MTX?

I knew i forgot to add something... "all 5 speed"

With a rebuild I'm still coming out 1K below their asking price and average private sale price but with a rebuilt tranny which is good cause I drive a lot.
