Opinion on fog light bulbs

s9contour9e...this may be a bit much to ask, but after you install one of the bulbs, can you take a picture of the lit up comparison between stock bulbs and Nokyas (assuming you currently have stock fog bulbs). That way we can see the difference in the same pic. Come to think of it, you can also do a before and after pic of lit up fogs. Thanks.

Right now I do have the stock bulbs in there, I'll see what I can do. If I have enough time to do it at night and its not completely freezing I will.

+1 for yellow/amber fogs. I've had Luminics 893's in my fogs for roughly a year now and they're a great compliment to the SS headlights. There are probably better ultimate solutions out there (i.e. better quality fog lights than the stockers), but for a simple inexpensive change they're worth doing IMO.

i posted a few pics in the aesthetics forum, but here are my yellow fogs...they are nokya I believe. I would go through crappy autozone bulbs all the time in the fogs, so i figured i would get something a little nicer.......

I know they need adjusted, but you get the idea :)

So those are nokya's in stock fog housings?

I am pretty sure that is the brad, I put them in a while ago...... They are in the stock housing.
I will never buy anything but yellow fog bulbs after having these. When driving you can clearly see the fog vs the headlight bulb cut off points (or whatever you want to call them)

PIAA "WAS" good untill NOKYA came out. if anyone else has these bulbs, they know how awesome they are! Everyone else is Obvlious!
"Mine are Nokya Super White by the way"

I had Street Glow Hyper White's in my SVT which matched my headlights perfectly, but they blew with in a month. After that I changed them back to regular bulbs I came to realize I could actually see more with regular bulbs then Hyper White, especially in the rain. I however just recently purchased BAT's Amber bulbs and I will be putting them in soon, along with Hella YellowStar's for highs and lows. I'll take pictures when I get them in.

Here are a few after install shots. I was going to take some before shots but they were aligned so bad that I had to take them off and mess around with the spring. I can tell you though the Nokya's are definitely brighter than stock.

The pics are a bit blurry but I did what I could without a tripod.

This one is just the nokya fogs on

Do you guys think they are aligned good or should I aim them a bit higher?

These 2 are of the nokya's and the silverstar highs in the lows. I need to align the headlights better but all of the tabs are broken which kind of makes it hard to do.

I haven't got to use them in rain yet, but when I do I'll check in with this thread again and tell you how they stack up.

Thanks for everyones help

its the same thing almost, if they light up yellow, there you have it then lol

My hella yellow-stars for my highs/DRLs are pretty distinct during the day cause of the yellowness..I likey :)

k im just gonna get the nokyas, I dont want to have to deal with broken lenses all the time. Too bad my wiring still sucks. Previous owner put in aftermarket fogs with the switch in the footwell on the left

I did a head on shot and my lense was extremely dirty so it didn't come out at all. I can see if I can take another soon. It has a yellow tint on them obviously, thats the only real difference from stock. After driving with them for a day a definitely recommend them, they light up the road a lot better even without rain.

I had Silverstars in mine for about two months and one went out, bought another one, and the other one went out about two weeks later. They were bright, but sucked in durability. I have Eurolite Xenon Fusion bulbs in there now. They look nice with Silverstar headlights and are holding up well.
