Does anyone know where I can find the production numbers for each year of the CSVT? Possibly even the number produced of each interior/exterior color combination? Thanks all.

CSVT1214, you are a wise man. Thank you.

Big Jim, thanks for nothing. Keep adding to that post count big fella. Eventually you may post something useful. Eventually.

You're lucky he did that for ya...most times you would have gotten flamed or just ignored and told to go search like Big Jim did....Searching just takes a few minutes of your time, remember that.

Guys don't be too quick to flame just yet! This forum software is brand new and not a lot of information is on it yet. Searching "production numbers" yields nothing useful except this topic which now has the information.

(Granted, searching "production number" shows the FAQ at the top of this forum -- of which 88trooper I wholeheartedly recommend you read for lots of good info! It recommends looking at Hetfield's website for the most complete recording of owners, production numbers and color combos.)

Thank you Rouar.

Now don't any of you guys get all worked up. Before you pass judgement, I DID do a search and got nothing useful. Although I am a newbie here, I have many posts on various Mustang sites and have owned, rebuilt, and raced quite a few cars in my 32 years.

I'm new to Contour SVT's. I'm not new to cars or car forums. Thanks everyone.

I expect we'll be getting a lot of these sorts of threads for awhile. The search function is going to be next to useless on here for some time, until the knowledge base gets transferred from the UBB board to this one. Most newer members aren't going to know about the old board and may not know where to search. So be prepared to get bunches of newbie questions, and try to be a little more forgiving to the "dumb" questions. The faster they are answered, the sooner the search function becomes useful.

JMHO

Big Jim has posted TONS of helpful stuff, so maybe YOU shouldn't judge too hastily.

I concur. He's one of the more helpful people on this forum.

Yes, true, but he shouldn't of just said SEARCH. What is he going to turn up searching on these forums? Nothing.

If he directed him to the old forums and told him to search there, that is a different story.

Did you read the "Welcome to CEG - Read this first before posting! " thread at the top of the this branch?

That's genius. I never would have thought of that.

Yes, I read it. Stuff for sale goes in classified, bumpers are exterior, and seats are interior, blah, blah, blah. Like I said before, I know my way around car forums and I DID perform a search.

Anyhoo, CSVT1214 was kind enough to help me out, thanks again.
