So I ordered a Dorman 901-369 window switch because it said it was compatible with my car, but when it arrived I noticed it only had 6 pins instead of the 7 the original one has. I plugged it in and it worked fine, but the light won't work.
Does anyone know what is the correct part my Mystique needs?
I tested the missing pin with a test lamp and pin 5 (the missing pin) is indeed the one for the light.
I sent a mail to Dorman's tech support and oh man, that was the worst support I have ever encountered. The "technician" won't stop telling me that pin does nothing, he even told me that pin 10 is the one for the lights and even sent me the diagram. The guy was actually talking about the master switch instead of the right side switch, even though I sent him the picture I attached here... He finally told me (after 3 days of me telling him he was wrong) to get a replacement but I know a replacement won't work if it doesn't have that pin. So I just asked for a refund.
