Anyone know the difference between these plugs? I by mistake picked up the RS14YC but holding them side by side to my old YC6's, everything looks identical. I cant seem to find anything online to tell me the difference either.

I called the store back and they are out of stock on the YC6. Will these work?

the YC is a standard projectore core nose, of copper design, the yc6 is the same, only with a wide gap spec to meet emission requirements of California, etc.

check out http://www.sparkplugs.com/learning-center/article/173/manufacturers-numbering-systems
and click
"Manufacturer's Numbering System"
on the table on the left at the bottom.

Adding another for you: http://www.sparkplugs.com/learning-center/article/173/manufacturers-numbering-systems

EDIT note: The company tells me that the previous link (that Ray posted) will shortly no longer be valid and has sent the two new links for us to use. I've updated them to the current ones as per SparkPlugs.com.

Oh fantastic!! Thanks for the info. So really I could use the YC as long as the gap is right (which I think is .054 for the contours right?)

I thought that copper plugs had a shorter life the the correct double platnium plugs that are suppose to be used, and that it wasn't great in this ignition system either ...

Whats funny is that I have tried a few plugs and these copper plus plugs actually give me the smoothest idle and the same power. Might be in my head but they are cheaper too and so for me its a win win situation.

Oh lastly, I change my plugs twice a year because it takes me litterally 15 minutes each time. When I pull them out I, I dont find them that worn but I change it anyway.
