So this weekend (well sunday) I'm thinking about trying the clear corner mod. I probably go for the drill method because it seems like the easiest/start forward way to do it. I found some old pics and such and I'll try to get some myself if I actually go through with it.

On another note, what kind of silicone do you guys use to fill the holes? Is it just like any normal silicone caulking? Or is there a recommend type?

No special silicon required. The holes you drill are so small, there isn't much to seal. I just used all purpose Goop on mine. Never leaked a bit.

I second that! I used clear silicon and havent had a moisture issue yet and I live in FL.

On a side note, be extra careful not to scratch the clear headlight lens when breaking up the reflector. I have 1 small scratch on the inside of mine...

Thanks for the heads up. I dropped by advanced and picked up some all purpose black silicone. :)

Oh and I worked up one other little surprise for sunday, but thats a secret till I'm done!

I love the clear corner mod too! Well on your cars anyway....still have to do it too mine when i get a chance :(
