when I pull my emergency brake it does not stay up. it makes a loud noise as it Springs back to open.... I have gone through all the emergency brake archive have found nothing on this.... any help would be appreciated.
chances are the rear cables are frozen, or are just about completely frozen. The noise is most likely the self adjuster slipping because its stripped out or can't hold because of the frozen rear cables.
