We have 6 cats

We have 6 cats

1. Chandlier (Mane Coon-tan and some dark brown, BIG blue eyes)
2. Stormy (Russian Blue-dark gray w/ghost stripes and he's FATT)
3. Crush (short hair-orange)
4. Diesel (short hair-grey and white w/ black stripes)
5. Precious (Persian/Himalayian-pure white w/blue eyes)
6. Moe (Persian/Himalayian-color point which is tan and he's got some dark brown accents and also has blue eyes and has a pushed in nose....AWESOME cat!)

BTW, all of our cats are awesome and true members of the family, along with our Cocker Spaniel:cool: and FWIW we've got a Dyson vac too, LOL! Elky that's a cute cat you've got there, looks like our Diesel a little bit.

h8 you. I want to steal him!
That's exactly the kind of cat we wanted. Male too.
He is too friggin cute.

Morgan is more of a girl's name IMO, but I almost voted for it anyway (hard to resist the Captain)
Elky jr. is kinda cute.
You'll find out that you don't call him by any of those names. It's just the name you put down in the vet's computer anyway. :)

btw, I'm pretty sure kittens need to be at least 6 weeks old, maybe even 8 weeks, to be taken away from their mother.
You cruel people, you!
:p

I'm confused ... do you plan to keep the cat? In the house?

If so, have fun with your Benadryl for the next 12+ years...

It is cute though!!

He has been eating solid food for a little over a week, so he should be fine away from his mother.
he looked for her when he first got to the house but soon forgot.

We took that cat on the condition that if my allergies get really bad or don't improve then we will have to give him away. :(
i made sure to handle him as much as possible and play with him a lot last night to see how my allergies will be.
*knocks on wood*
so far i have been absolutely fine, which is a good thing, since i like the little bugger a lot.

as for the name, i think we are also leaning towards morgan, but the captain part is too close to the corn snake (capt. Buds)

and i keep calling him goofy, because he is such a goofy bastid.

You probably won't be allergic to him untill he is older with his cat fur the kittin fur doesn't have the same effect. My father inlaw had no problem with our cats when they were kittens but when they became cats his allergies came right back.

Needs more Malachi :)

I love cats. And Elky, I also have cat allergies. But, my cat LIVES in my room. Literally. Sleeps there, gets his hair everywhere...And my allergies aren't as bad as they were with our last cat, because I'm around my current cat's fur ALL the time. It's all over my bed. I think you should be all right as long as your body can overcome the allergies.

Here's some pics of MY little guy: :)

i am hoping that as he gets older my body builds up an immunity to him.
kind of like a physical vaccination.
