How do you clean the secondaries

Where can i find some very clear directions for cleaning the secondaries.. i hate that my car fells like it hits a wall at 3k in third when it gets warm and then it feels and sounds like im pulling a semi behind me from that point on
 
Could you describe that any better? Do you not feel that second surge when you're on the gas past 3k?
 
whe the car is cold it runs fantastic.. when it gets to normal operating temp... i can get on it and almost always in third gear at WOT at 3k rpm it feels like something just lets go. total power loss from that point on.. after that happens, no matter what gear or rpm level it sounds very loud thru the intake and it has NO power what so ever... and it stays this way until the engine cools almost all the way down, then once it reaches the same temp.....same prob.. it comes on quicker in warm weather, the colder it is outside the longer it takes before it starts acting up...
 
Well.. verifying that your secondaries are actually opening would be a good thing..

after that, if they ARE working, just dirty.. you could always follow the how to.

I've pointed out the "Duratec Maintenance READ-FIRST" thread to you twice in the last three days.. Let's try to actually read it, huh?

Look under "secondaries".. follow where it tells you.. follow that again..etc.. you get directions on cleaning them in a couple of different ways.. I don't get where all the single line questions are stemming from with that thread in existence.
 
well gee genious ray, sorry i didnt see them for the second time and if you werent so far up my ass about it you would see that i posterd this question and the other at the same time..... hence no need for the smart ass comment... first time on the site
 
actually.. if you want to get technical.. you posted the SAME POST twice within a minute of each other in the same forum and I didn't say a damn thing about that....

However, I DID tell you about the location of the IMRC in one of your double posts..Add to that this post about cleaning them and that was three single line posts asking question(s) that are all covered and outlined in many different places on this forum across 8 YEARS worth of history.

Also, please note that being behind your computer doesn't make it any harder for me to lay a smack down on ya. staff or not. Please don't take my postings, notes, nudgings or any other form of notice as a form of friendliness or concern. they are notices and that's it.. you do your job (follow the rules and be fair) and I will do mine (tell you when you aren't and correct it).

I have the exact same problem with my 95 se mtx. Cold- runs perfect and strong. Warm-slower; less responsive. My secondaries do work properly, warm or cold but i can't seem to track down why it performs better cold.
