How many miles does everyone have on their contours? I got a 98se, zetec atx with 322,250 on the odo and factory motor.(couple of transmissions though)
 
one of these threads likes to pop up every once in a while...

Oh well, go with it... im running 166K original motor and trans, trans shifts smooth as butter too :cool: Motor runs good, kinda noisey though, but thats pretty typicall of zetecs.
 
My first Contour ('95 ATX Zetec) was traded in with 104K on it, the next owners that bought it had to deal with a bunch of thermostat issues. I sold my Mystique with 100,200 on it. I was tired of CELs for stupid stuff. My Mom's '99 ATX Zetec has 74,000 on it and it runs great. My SVT has 83,000 and the engine is currently dead with a spun bearing. Woo hoo.
 
88K on the SVT (purchased 1 month ago with 83K)
106K on the Maxima (purchased 1.75 years ago with 64K)

Second owner on both :)

HOLY COW!!!!!!!!! THATS AMAZING!!!!:cool:

I have a 99 LX 4 cylinder contour with 94,500 miles. No problems at all. Knocking on wood:laugh:
 
i replaced the tach, which reads somewhere around 60 - 70k more the actual. something like 13k i believe.
 
The 99 SE was purchased with 27K and died at somewhere around 132K, the 95 Mystique was purchased in 6/06 with 108K and now has 128,700 and change, and the 2000 SVT had just shy or 108K when I bought it in July, and just rolled 111,111 weds night.
