Hey guys,im picking up a svt contour on thursday, but it is missing the svt side skirts,at the local junk yards here i can get a set of the sport side skirts for cheap and will be using them temporarily while i save up for some svt side skirts. Just very curious as to how it will look with the svt front and rear bumpers, anyone got pictures would be great Thanks a bunch

It iis nicer than having no skirts at all. It doesn't look out of place when looking at the car in person either.

The SE skirts hang much lower than the SE bumpers so it probably looks much better with the SVT stuff which hangs lower.

Yea i just picked up my svt today and it looks funny with no skirts lol,i have a driver side svt skirt but got to get it painted so ill wait till i find a passenger svt side skirt,in the mean time i can get a pair of SE sport side skirts from the junk yard for dirt cheap

No, no one has any new ones. The numbers/availablity was never removed from their site.

Well that sucks. I guess I am paying a bodyshop to fill and straighten mine then. I wish I had anyplace locally that could produce these, I would gladly pay to have the mold made.

While I will say the SE skirt don't look horrible with the SVT bumpers, it doesn't look great either. You can tell something is missing IMHO. It's like looking at a Z24 Cavalier form the '80s w/o side skirts, looks naked.

Yea svt side skirts are the best looking but i am glad for se skirts for temporary use lol,now only if i can stop being lazy and get to the junk yard lol

Someone had a group buy for fiberglass svt skirts, look it up. Not sure how the body shop can "fill" the urethane svt skirts to fix them. The only thing would be to heat them to a maluable state and then press the edge of the skirt between to flat materials (2x4s) to make that edge flat again.

Well i went to the junk yard and got a set of sport side skirts for 20 bucks,i actually like them better than the svt side skirts,i know bite my tongue lol....but i think in real life and not pictures the sport side skirts look way better with the svt bumpers, but just my opinion ill probably find me a passenger svt side skirt anyway incase i change my mind later lol i ried to add a picture but i dont think it let me

 You honestly think SE skirts look better than SVT skirts? Your playing with us right?

I actually like them both the same, but for my daily svt ill leave the se sport skirts on because i like the way they curve in and since i plan to lower it even more than it is,the blue springs on them arent low enough for me i like wheel in fender lol......and i wish i knew what brand my lowering springs are....in the future i plan to buy a bone stock T red and a green csvt and leave them the way they are all stock and clean
