Changing rear calipers and hoses on my MY2000 SVTC and hit a problem. My new hoses have a male 10mm thread and a concave flare seat at both ends. Unfortunately the newly rebuilt calipers also have a concave flare seat at the hose fitting. Which one is correct? I haven't yet broken the original parts down to see what matches what..
In general the concave seat in the caliper would be mated to either a convex fitting "nose" or else a bubble flared metal line and a tube nut.
Am I missing something or is one of my parts made wrong?
