Apparently the car was pieced together over an 8 year time frame, the guy works for Nissan, nice to have friends in high places. Don't have the time to wait and want more power, your GT-R is ready!

Orgasim on wheels and in the proper shade of green with the "peanut butter" colored interior, pure sex!!!

Lastly a car that really needs to be built seeing that Ford hasn't had a car in the SCC segment since the FSVT went away. This one has 250hp and 260 tq according to the guy, it even has a plaque on the engine cover that says as much. I can say this, out on Woodward its all about the Cobalt SS and Neon SRT-4, so again, Ford, where are you?

WOW! Great thread!

But I do have one correction.... The USDM Focus ST was Ford's last car in the SCC segment. It ran from 2005-2007, and featured the powerful 2.3 Duratec with the platform's lightest curb weight. It also featured an improved suspension set-up pulled right out from under the FSVT, with slightly improved dampening characteristics and stiffer springs. The body was slightly changed and featured ST-exclusive 16-inch wheels; unless you went for the SAP. The car ran 15.7s, which is not Earth-shattering, but for an NA 4 cyl, was pretty good. I can say first-hand that the ST is an EXTREMELY entertaining drive.

Funny that someone on this site got a 2.0L zetec to a lower time than that.

The Focus that was spoken of, do you really consider that as a real entry into the same market with the Cobalt SS, ION Redline, Neon and Caliber SRT-4...I don't:rolleyes: Sorry if it sounds like I'm disrespecting your opinion but I'm just pissed that Ford has nothing out and hasn't had a REAL contender since the FSVT.

What did this guy do to build that kind of power? Turbo? SC?

Well at least it's starting to look pretty decent. I have a feeling the 2.3T or 2.5T will make it's way into a Focus within the next few years.
