looks pretty good. need to get some wire loom around the wires going over the brake booster to clean it up a bit. Also, any ideas on what its putting out? are you still running mostly stock internals as far as stroke, bore, and valve train?

Thanks. Yeah , I re-wired everything and made it look pretty. I'll get a pic soon. I don't know what I'm putting out yet but I'll prob. go to a dyno after I finish my SCT tuning. I've ordered an Xcal 3 with custom tunning..so I need to datalogg everything then get a tune for it. I'm running rich because of bigger injectors(24# instead of 17#)
As far as the internals , I went to forged Je pistons which upped my compression to 10.5.1 and also 85mm bore. Also Eagle rods. Stock camshafts(off a zetec with only 60,000 miles) , stock crankshaft ,and stock head. Heavy duty racing bearings , Melling oil pump.. Had all the valves changed though. I rebuild the trans but it's still running rough so I'm going to have it rebuild later on.

98.4Kicker,
"looks good i want to rebuild my zetec block soon as soon as i get the money"

Rebuilding with stock internals or want something more? I'll try to post pics of my Je pistons and Eagle rods part #'s , ARP head bolts , Melling oil pump ,Motorcraft water pump,Bearings ..Good luck

how much if a difference do you feel going from 9.6:1 to 10.5:1? are you still able to run on regular gas?

I can definitely feel the kick when I step on it .Ponnie wise I won't know until I swing by a dyno and after my tune. Yes I'm still running on regular 91 octane gas and I'm going to have a 87-88 and 91 octane tune

Ooooooooooo Good work on the intake! I really like that "cobra head" elbow. I had looked all over the place when I was originally looking for the parts for my intake. The only one that I could find was an aluminum one that was used on a Focus intake. I didn't like it because it still had a couple on the bottom so it was barely lower than a regular elbow.

BTW, what with the funky angle on your coolant crossover pipe?

Thanks. It was a pain in the butt to find ..I have used a regular 90 degree elbow before and it didn't run right.. I guess It needs a bit of air flowing in there like the original one..The more ,the better..

I had to relocate the inlet of the pipe and have it away from my headers in order to be able and fit my heatshield..If I remember right , I used a 90 degree connector towards the radiator..then a small hose ,another 90 degree going up and another small hose..If I do the same thing on the other side , It will level out
