I commented on this a bit in the 2005 Cobra thread, but thought that it might deserve a thread of its own in an effort to not hijack the aforementioned thread.

Fusion SVT It is interesting to note that this article mentions the Contour SVT in relation to the possible Fusion SVT.
People are already starting to conjecture that this car will be part of the new SVT lineup. What do you think? All I know that is that with the mazda engine/6 speed tranny, not to mention all wheel drive...well lets just say I'd be willing to drop a dime on such a car, especially from the blue oval.
On a side note, someone should chop the Fusion and make a SVT version, ala the 500 SVT chop. (I would do it myself but don't have the time)
