Now that I got the 'Tour running reliably again, I felt it was time to focus on a new project car. I came across a 92 Eagle Talon TSi AWD recently and thought, what the hell. Hopefully, my wife won't make me choose between them and I'll be able to keep the Contour as the daily driver and just futz around with the DSM...

I would love to, but unfortunately the deal fell through at the last minute. Maybe it's a sign that I'm supposed to save up and get an SVT...

Well, apparently the people I got the Talon from were holding out for more than I could give them, but they still wanted to get rid of the car. I wound up getting it anyway, and it's now sitting in my driveway...

Get some grounding cable from a welding supply shop. Those cars have terrible electrical. You might pick up as much as 10hp with a grounding kit.
