Anyone know where i can get my hand on one of these for a 96? It's the one the bolts from the top of the tranny, to the driver side fender apron.

Dealer tells me it's no longer in production and a cpl of aftermarket places have no listing.,... saying it's a dealer item?!?

HELP!! lol

Try another dealer. The parts guys, if they don't totally get what you're looking for, will sometimes get it wrong.

By the way, it is still our there;

This is the incorrect part.

I'm back to square one.
Damn... never trust a parts jockey til ya got it in your hands.

Grr...

As for filling the mount; I'm not sure that would be possible with this unit. There is no way i can see to remove any material, or add any.

Is there anyone who knows of an aftermarket supplier that might have this?

John.

Hey John,
Remember me? i'm the guy that showed up at your place on my Kawi looking for front brake sliders for an '85 325e.......
I went home that day and searched the 'net for an hour and a half......couldn't find ANYTHING!
Long story short: a machinist friend down the street MADE me a couple of beautiful copies. Almost TOO nice to use, but I did use them, and they fit perfectly!
Hey thanks for your help!
Glen

I'm parting out a '96 2.5L, 5Speed Mystique. It was rolled over last winter, but the damage was only cosmetic. I have the trans mount still in good shape. If you are interested send me a PM. I want to part the car out before the winter, so if you are interested, I'm sure we can work out a deal.
