I have read a couple of posts today that have contained some potentially dangerous information.

For the love of all that is correct and true, use the search function to determine:

What products have been proven to work

Correct cleaning methods for air intake filters

Available products

General knowledge about the engine platform

Please do not reply on some of the horse dung that has been posted today. I don't know if this is a joke or people are just that misinformed but please use the site's search function to asses what is and is not true.

What is with everybody and the SEARCH function. That function is pointless if you have a slow ass computer. I know this first hand. Plus it will give a whole bunch of other bullsh*t! If you have enough time to post "Do a search" you have enough time to post suggestions to a new guy. :rolleyes:

Hector. I understand how a dial up is slow but I've found the search function to be extremely helpful.

BTW- it is a lot faster if you search one forum at a time. If you do a complete forum check it takes years on dial-up.

The point I was making was if you look through the zetec forum you can get a general consensus on some of the more frequent topics...

It isn't the connection that makes the search slow; it's slow at the server end. It's faster to search subject only instead of the entire message, and also to search one forum instead of all.
