Oh yeah, it's happened. Two that I know of.
The trouble is that under their status (like "New CEGer" or "CEGer" or "Unregistered") it doesn't say if they've been banned. So unless a mod tells us, we don't know.
Other forums will say if a member has been banned or not. I don't know if this privacy is the part of the CEG or just a fault of UBB.
