for info on the scoop, check out the Subaru WRX. it is a "rally" add on for cars without sunroofs. allows the driver to get some fresh air without filling the cabin with dirt, mud, or snow.

considering a true rally car doesn't have a/c and since most have turbos that opperate at over 400 degrees,I'm sure it gets hot in there and those are one of the best ways to get new cool air into the car. just like the tubelar vents on nascars

It's a Euro Focus I think. They have the turn signals in their headlights. The red one, anyways.
