For those of you who private messaged me and for the others that were just plain wondering, I did remove my post on the Amp Bypass debate. I called it a debate because MOST CEGers said to bypass it, while some and most all installers said to keep it. I was looking for a list of reasons.

Anyways, no hard feelings or spite directed at anyone when I removed it, I just decided to go ahead and do it, instead of debating in my head about. From what I understand, at the very least it will sound the same. Also, I've been having the problem where my speakers seem to fade out on hard turns (no not oil starvation) and my right rear was a bit crackly. From a post I read earlier, the amp bypass should fix it, but if not when I get that done, I'll ask them to check for loose connections. Point is, thanks for your help guys and hope you didn't take the removal of the post the wrong way (just didn't want it cluttering up the board).

It sounds like loose conenctions to me. The bypass harness may help.
