Heres the other pics as promised:

This picture is of the back side of the engine over by the EGR valve. It's tight and the rear harness wraps around the EGR tube coming up from the exhaust manifold. This is the worse part trying to remove the harness from here. Basically have to jump through hoops until you have all the connectors unhooked and enough room to bring it out from here.



After moving the power steering fluid reservoir you can unhook the ecu connector



In order to pull the harness completely out you have to disconnect the alternator hook ups... but to do that you have to take the wheel well cover off.



Then finally after blood and sweat you get this turd



Good luck to any of you who attempt this, but keep in mind your saving about $700 bucks for a new harness.
