I thought you were just having a problem with the fuel injector harness, the one that has the cam and crank wire take offs? Is Ford paying for the harnesses?
When I did mine FI harness I opened up the plastic cover by the mega fuse. I only see one wire with the bad insulation. It's a black/brown stripe wire. It is the largest gauge wire in the bundle. Might be to the fan motors, not sure.
